At age 62, I discovered a year ago I had terminal cancer. Forced to retire on disability I had no idea what I would do with my spare time. While in the hospital I had a couple of day courses in water color painting. I was encouraged to continue painting and have since developed a salable skill. Most of my work is acrylic. I have just started working with oil, however prefer acrylic (not as messy). My paintings are for sale at reasonable prices - I have to develop a name for myself. I am a little under pressure since I don't know exactly how long I have left - so my goal is to produce 1 painting a week. I will continue to add my work to the gallery for your review and acceptance.
